The Hallowboomer is the event tower for the Halloween 2018 and Halloween 2023 event. The Hallowboomer fires a flaming pumpkin explodes on impact, dealing splash damage and igniting all enemies in its splash radius. At level 1, a Hallowboomer deals 1 damage and 1 burn damage. Unlike the Flamethrower, the Hallowboomer will continue to target enemies regardless of if they are burning or not.

Appearance

The Hallowboomer appears as a light skinned tower wearing orange clothing, wears an orange top hat, and wields a pumpkin launcher.

Tactics

• The Hallowboomer is a splash damaging tower that can slow down enemies with its afterburn. Note that Hallowboomer will continuously target enemies regardless of if they are burning or not, making it difficult for stalling an overwhelming amount of enemies.
• Hallowboomer is a cheap tower that can be used for early wave survival. At later waves, the Hallowboomer lacks damage, however, his burning effect is great for slowing down enemies.
• The Hallowboomer slowing down Endbringers will provide immense benefit in versus as it is the only tower besides Harpoon Hunter that can slow them down.

Trivia

• The Hallowboomer, Flamethrower, and the Archer are the only towers in the game which can ignite enemies in the game.
• Before the 22nd of July 2020, the level 5 Hallowboomer's green fire was able to ignite and damage the Lava.
• The Hallowboomer, Tweeter, Boss3, Necromancer Boss, and the Snowman are the only entities in the game that wear top hats.
• The Hallowboomer is the third event tower, followed after the Scarecrow and the Elf.
• The Hallowboomer is one of two towers to have appeared in two events, along with the Graveyard in the Halloween 2023 event.
  • Both of these towers were available for purchase with Candy during Halloween 2023.

Bugs

• Despite the Endbringer having burn immunity, it can still be slowed by the Hallowboomer.
